How to Use the OVS Ticketing System

To submit your query, please follow these steps:

Log in to the LMS.
On the left blue sidebar, scroll all the way down and click on Support.
A new page will open.
Click on the green “+” button to create a new ticket.
Select the appropriate category of ticket, enter your details, and submit.

Our OVS Ticketing System ensures that your concern is properly recorded and forwarded to the relevant department for a timely response.
